There’s something exciting about stepping out of your usual routine and diving into something unfamiliar. Recently, my sister and her son came to visit us in Manila, and we decided it was the perfect time to try something new together. That “something” turned out to be a visit to S MAISON’s Space & Time Cube+, an immersive art museum.

Tucked inside S Maison, this museum offers more than just art—it’s an experience. Each room invites you into a different dimension, where light, sound, and visuals blend to create an ever-shifting world.

The best part? Some of the rooms change their displays every few minutes. So just when you think you’ve seen it all, you step back in and everything feels different.

It felt like walking through dreams—some rooms pulsed with energy and color,

other rooms were mazes you had to solve. There were also rooms that were optical illusions!

There were even rooms where you can play!

Every space had its own story to tell, and we found ourselves revisiting a few rooms more than once just to see how they transformed.

It was such a refreshing way to spend the day, and a great reminder that trying something new doesn’t have to mean taking a big leap—it can be as simple as exploring a museum you’ve never been to before.
