I’ve always loved making things with my hands. Long before I ever owned a cutting machine, I spent a lot of time crafting, painting, and creating projects manually. I didn’t mind the long hours cutting materials by hand or figuring out how to make things work with the tools I had. Love ko lang talaga ang art. <3
But last year, everything changed when we bought a Cricut Explore 3.

Suddenly, projects that used to take hours became so much quicker and more convenient. Ideas that once felt complicated suddenly felt possible. It honestly changed the way I create. Instead of spending most of my time doing the repetitive parts of crafting, I could focus more on the fun part—designing, experimenting, and bringing ideas to life.
That’s why it still feels a little surreal to say this:
I’m officially part of Cricut’s Wave 7 Brand Ambassador program, alongside 11 other incredibly talented creators. AAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!! Love you Ms. Ai!

To be included in a group of makers who inspire others with their creativity is such an honor. They’re also very helpful and approachable. (Thank you Wave 7!) I’m genuinely grateful for the opportunity and still a bit in disbelief that I get to represent a brand that has become such an important part of my creative process.
My Top 3 Favorite Features of the Cricut Explore 3
Over the past year, the Cricut Explore 3 has become one of my most-used tools. Here are three things I absolutely love about it:
1. Vinyl Projects (My Absolute Favorite)
Vinyl projects are probably my favorite thing to make with my Cricut. Whether it’s decals, labels, or custom designs, the precision of the machine makes everything look so clean and polished. It also makes the whole process so much more enjoyable because the cuts are so accurate.

2. Intricate Paper Cuts
One of the projects I’m especially proud of is an Infinity Castle coffee table I made. Inside the design are tiny “houses” that needed very detailed cuts. Normally, that would have been incredibly tedious to do by hand, but with the Cricut, it handled those intricate details beautifully.

3. Cutting Multiple Materials
Another feature I really appreciate is the ability to cut different materials. From vinyl to paper and other crafting materials, the Explore 3 makes it easy to switch between projects without needing different tools for everything. It opens up so many possibilities when it comes to experimenting with new ideas.
Looking back, it’s amazing to think how my creative journey started with simple tools, patience, and a lot of manual cutting and crafting. Those early projects taught me to appreciate the process and the joy of making something from scratch.
Now, being part of Cricut’s Wave 7 Ambassador group feels like such a meaningful milestone in that journey.
I’m still the same person who loves experimenting, building, and trying new ideas but now, I get to do it with a tool that has truly transformed the way I create, and with a community of incredibly talented makers who inspire me every day.
If there’s one thing this experience reminds me, it’s that creativity has a way of opening unexpected doors. Sometimes a simple decision, like buying a crafting machine, can lead you somewhere you never imagined.
And for me, this is only the beginning. ✨
